Ms. Francisca Atuluk was part of the 2001 batch of students admitted to UDS , Nyankpala campus. She is a focused and result oriented development worker with expertise on Gender and Development issues, Accounting as well as Agricultural Technology. At UDS she held various positions as one of the out–spoken females on campus. These include Chairperson, Publicity and Academic Committee, 2003-2004, Treasurer, Builsa Students Union, 2003 -2005, Women’s Commissioner, National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) ,2004 – 2005.

The experiences gained from UDS in terms of academics and leadership gained her the Overall Best Student; Academic Excellence Award, Master‘s Program at Ewha Womans University, Seoul, South Korea. 2013 under KOICA Scholarship Program. She was also elected as the President to lead multicultural group of students from 21 different countries in Ewha at Graduate School of International Studies, Ewha Womans University, Seoul, South Korea, 2012.

Her outstanding performance at the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection from 2008 to 2019 saw her participating in several local and international programmes, which got her a Letter of Appreciation from JICA for outstanding performance at a training program in Japan, 2014. Ceremony. She also has another Master degree in Business Administration from GIMPA, 2015 among other She is currently at the Ministry of Youth and Sports as the Deputy Director, Human Resource Management and holds several leadership positions. She was judged the Best Performing Staff for the year 2021 for her outstanding Leadership at the Ministry of Youth and Sports by the Head of Civil Service at the 2022 Civil Service Award.
