Congratulations Developer Dr. Olalekan!!!

Please read his profile below.

I was born into a family of a practicing physician and this birthed my passion for Medicine. Although the work schedule was not favourable growing up, what kept the passion growing was the joy that a certain life has been saved by this discomfort.
In September 2012, I gained admission into the University for Development Studies, Tamale, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery, MBChB. During my course of study, one of the major highlights was the yearly COBES- Community Based Education and Service which gave me exposures not only to various communities in different regions of Ghana, but also how a physician could solve health related issues in the public health space. These exposures have helped me to take informed decisions on my career path as a public health physician.
I’m currently enrolled for MPH with the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and concurrently, I will be starting my fellowship training in Community health with West College of Physicians WACP.
