- Payments made are not refundable if the design is worked on.
- We reserve the right to reject an advert placement based on content. In such a case, payments made shall be refunded to the payee.
- We shall remove an advertisement in progress should it receive serious complaints from our audience. In such a case, discussions shall be had with the payee on the way forward.
- Payments are not refundable if the advert has been published on the website (unless point “3” comes into effect).
